Interpreting Challenge
A leading Healthcare Technology company based in Europe, was searching for a long-term end-to-end partner to help their English-speaking program managers communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking local medical and administrative staff in multiple cities and clinics in Saudi Arabia.
The client required a team of multiple English and Arabic professional interpreters to be available to attend their communication and training needs on very short notice. Program managers in charge of introducing and commissioning their proprietary clinical management software required experience interpreters, familiar with their product to help them train local hospital staff and successfully implement their new software solutions.
Interpreting Solution
Once the request came through, our Global Project Manager, Jose Cadiz, immediately contacted the client to determine the full scope of the client’s needs in Saudi Arabia for current and future projects. Jose worked with the client to develop an agreement which offered our client preferential rates and cancelation terms, which addressed the client’s high-volume interpreting needs, while mitigating the risk of excessive costs caused by last minute cancelations.
At the same time, Interpret Group was able to provide a team of highly skilled interpreters who had the flexibility to cover the client’s multiple assignments on short notice, while at the same time becoming highly familiar with the client’s subject matter. Interpret Group was also able to advice the client on key cultural issues, such as the need to use male or female interpreters to address gender specific topics or situations.
